Professor at the INDER Branch School. Full Professor at the Manuel Fajardo University of Physical Culture and Sports Sciences. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economic Control. He holds a PhD in Economics and a PhD in Science. He has 160 publications in several internationally renowned scientific journals. He is a visiting professor at universities in six countries. He has participated in several scientific conferences in Cuba, the United States, Puerto Rico, Spain, Peru, and Portugal.
ACTIVITY OBJECTIVE: To discuss the evolution and trends in organization and management within organizations, allowing for the integration of models and the structure of human capital management into the management of sports organizations.
THEMATIC LINES OF THE ACTIVITY:
1. Evolution and trends in human capital management.
2. Human capital management models and their application in sports organizations.
PLANNING AND ORGANIZATION: The learning process is based on two lecture sessions and two practical workshop sessions. The final assessment will be based on a project each student will develop, outlining the work program they will develop within their organization to properly manage knowledge.
