CLAIMS
Any claims related to the purchased products must be processed via email help@caribedeportes.com or through personalized online support provided by the Customer Service.
If the Customer is interested in any claim, they must contact us beforehand through the communication channels established in the previous section and request the corresponding refund in their case.
In the event of claims that result in chargebacks (CBK), the Customer's account will be disabled until the conclusion of the process. To reactivate it, the Customer agrees to pay in advance the costs arising from the claims process.
