BRIEF CURRICULUM SUMMARY: Dr. C. Roberto Fernández Fonseca

Head teacher at the Inder Branch School, with a degree in Physical Culture, a Master's degree in Sports Training, a Doctor of Physical Culture, Coordinator of the Martial Arts and Related Sports Classroom, and a 7th Degree Black Belt, he has published more than 20 scientific articles, as well as three methodological books related to Taekwondo and similar martial arts.

 

OBJECTIVE OF THE ACTIVITY: To direct the comprehensive preparation of the martial artist in the forms modality, integrating theoretical and scientific foundations and biological, psychological, pedagogical and environmental aspects specific to the Cuban context.

 

THEMATIC LINES OF THE ACTIVITY:

1. Methodological foundations for the characterization of the Modality of Forms in martial-sports and traditional arts.

2. The Directions of Martial Sports Training in the Forms Modality of Martial Sports and Traditional Arts. Their Control and Evaluation.

 

PLANNING AND ORGANIZATION:

The dynamics of the educational process will be developmental, with debates, discussions, workshops, and seminars. Active participation methods and teamwork will be used, based on the concept of meaningful learning and the principles of andragogy. Assessment will be frequent and partial peer-to-peer.
