BRIEF CURRICULUM SUMMARY: M.Sc. Zeida Gicela Cabrera Baró

Professor at the INDER branch school. She participates in research related to achievement management in sports organizations. Assistant professor at the Manuel Fajardo University of Physical Culture and Sports Sciences. She holds a degree in Physical Culture. She has provided mentoring and advising on master's theses, postgraduate specializations, and undergraduate final projects. She has several publications related to physical recreation.

 

ACTIVITY OBJECTIVE: To foster a space for exchange, collaboration, and innovation in the field of recreation with the aim of promoting sustainable development, sharing knowledge, addressing current trends, and cultivating concrete and transformative actions for the benefit of communities and the environment.

 

THEMATIC LINES OF THE ACTIVITY:

1. Physical recreation in the community. Orienteering sports.

2. Recreation, a challenge for today's 21st-century society.

3. Environmental education through physical recreation.

4. History, evolution and conceptualization of Recreation, inclusion with a gender approach.

5. Sports and recreational games and ecological games.

 

PLANNING AND ORGANIZATION: The process will involve exchanges through various recreational activities consistent with the community's biopsychosocial characteristics and the theoretical and conceptual foundations that support the recreational phenomenon. Participatory techniques, and methods of andragogy and teamwork will be used.
