SYSTEM AND GAME RHYTHM OF THE DIFFERENT GROUPS
Regulations: The current laws of FIDE will apply
The Elite group will compete in a double round-robin tournament, with the participation of 6 players. The time control will be 90 minutes for the first 40 moves, followed by an additional 30 minutes for the rest of the game, with a 30-second bonus per move starting from the first move.
In parallel, the following groups will be organized:
Open: It will be played using a Swiss system over nine rounds (9), with a time control of 90 minutes plus 30 seconds of bonus per move from the first move.
Senior: It will be played using the Swiss system over nine rounds (9), with a time control of 90 minutes plus 30 seconds of bonus per move from the first move.
Children: It will be played using the Swiss system over eight rounds (8), with a time control of one hour plus 30 seconds of bonus from the first move. This tournament will take place starting on May 16.
Appeals Committee: It will be composed of three main members and two alternates from different countries, who will be selected during the Technical Congress. To file an appeal, a cash deposit of one hundred dollars (USD $100.00) must be made, which will be refunded only in the event of a favorable ruling for the complaining party. Any appeal must be submitted in writing (with relevant evidence, signed by the respective player), no later than one hour after the round in question has concluded, and it must be resolved by the Appeals Committee before the start of the next round; their decisions will be final.

Tolerance: One hour from the scheduled start time of the round. After that time, a no-show will be declared. A no-show will result in disqualification from the event, unless the intention to continue is notified before the round ends.
Fair play: Measures of fair play will be implemented in accordance with FIDE's anti-cheating guidelines. Electronic devices are prohibited; players are not allowed to have any electronic device in the playing area. Accompanying persons or spectators are prohibited from using electronic devices in the playing area, except for taking photographs in the first 10 minutes as approved in FIDE regulations or with the referee's approval..
