Professor at the Inder Branch School. Full Professor at the Manuel Fajardo University of Physical Culture and Sports Sciences. Bachelor's degree in Economic Control. PhD in Economics. PhD in Science. He has 160 publications in various internationally renowned scientific journals. He is a visiting professor at universities in six countries. He has participated in several scientific conferences in Cuba, the United States, Puerto Rico, Spain, Peru, and Portugal.

ACTIVITY OBJECTIVE: To exchange ideas on trends in Knowledge Management in sports organizations, as well as their application, which will allow the integration of models and structures into the management of their sports organizations.

1. Evolution and trends in Knowledge Management.

2. Knowledge Management Models and their application in sports organizations.

3. Knowledge Management in sports organizations.

4. Intellectual capital in sports organizations.

5. Knowledge Management and organizational culture.

6. Communication and motivation processes.

7. Human capital management. Evolution and development.

PLANNING AND ORGANIZATION: The learning process is based on four lecture sessions and two practical workshops. The final assessment will be based on a project each participant will develop, outlining the work program they will implement in their organization to effectively manage knowledge.
